Refund policy

Returns, exchanges and replacements

We want you to be happy with your AltimeterGear purchase. You may request a return for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Email support@altimetergear.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For a change-of-mind return or exchange, the customer pays return shipping. We’ll inspect the item after it arrives and confirm the refund or exchange. If your chosen exchange item costs more, we’ll let you know the difference before proceeding. Refunds are issued through an agreed payment method after the return is approved.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover the necessary return shipping.
